I've been a therapist for 31 years and have worked with clients from young to old, from many different backgrounds and experiences. In each session, I remind myself to listen, to ask questions, to be encouraging as my client and I talk with each other. My intention for each session is that through our time together, my client will feel more encouraged, will have some greater hope, and will feel better able to take on the daily challenges of their life.
