Calm, Cope, and Community. This is the gist of what I wish to provide during covid-19. I teach practical mindfulness exercises to help relieve anxiety and stabilize your mental/physical state. My approach to therapy is based on the understanding that impermanence is part of life, and that none of us is exempt from sickness, ageing, and death. However, we do have agency and choice in how we respond to the external conditions. It is possible to cultivate ease and equanimity in response to the pandemic or any life crisis.
