I am currently an outpatient substance abuse counselor/social worker and have over 20 years experience working in mental health. I believe in a strengths based solution focused method of treatment. I am well skilled in crisis/trauma counseling and have worked and lived in the Bronx/NYC my whole life. I utilize Evidence based practice to guide my sessions. I explore how to utilize spirituality when able to and bring that into therapy. Only if individual is spiritually connected.
