I'm the Clinical Director and a practicing LMHC at a Somerville group practice. I have my CCTP (Certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional). I take a client centered, relational and holistic approach to therapy. I have experience working with grief, trauma, depression and anxiety. I have worked for the past 10 years doing individual therapy as well as group sessions. I have worked with ages 10-70, but have been primarily working with adults since 2015. I trained as an Expressive Arts therapist, but primarily provide talk therapy unless a client requests adjunct therapies.
